Melbourne Lockdown – Stage 4

Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews, today announced further details on the industries subject to Stage 4 lockdowns for the next 6 weeks.

VoxGroup, as your Customs Broker and Freight Forwarder will continue to work through this period with our Melbourne team working from home and our Sydney team in the office.

We will be in contact with all of our Victorian clients over the next 24-48 hours, as we need each client to determine and advise if they are able to accept deliveries during this time, and provide VoxGroup what days and times you are able to receive. Can you please communicate this to our team as soon as possible.

If your business must close, please advise and we can implement arrangements for storage and unpack’s where necessary, we have a number of facilities which we can utilise. Please do not hesitate to have this discussion with our team, and we can provide associated rates on your requirements.

We are waiting for communication from the shipping lines on container detention and this should be available over the next few days, we will advise once received.
